3.Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for a limited period specified in the proposal.
Prices may vary depending on site conditions, materials, labor, and scope changes.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately upon client approval.

4.Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be defined in the quotation or service agreement.
Advance payments may be required before project commencement.
Delayed payments may result in suspension of work.
All payments must be made in AED unless otherwise agreed.

5.Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, material delays, government approvals, weather conditions, or client-requested changes.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond its control.

6.Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

7.Warranty & Liability

Warranty terms, if applicable, will be specified in the project agreement.

Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service.

8.Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
The client is responsible for payment for completed work and materials ordered prior to cancellation.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage.
